Ax / Yuya Ono
Developer — Cloud & AI/ML
A developer who loves cloud and AI/ML. Since August 2026 I've been an Applied AI Architect at Anthropic, helping enterprises in Japan confidently run AI that is both safe and genuinely useful in production. These days I talk about code more than I write it, and casual tech chat is my favorite thing. Lately hooked on LLMs and AI agents. I build systems that let agents take over everyday work — news gathering, task management, blog operations — and run them on GCP and AWS as the axgws tool fleet. Also into tennis, and a bit of the game of Go. The nickname "Ax" comes from my surname: Ono (小野) sounds like ono (斧), Japanese for axe 🪓.

What I build
-
AI news and paper watch
A pipeline that collects and summarizes AI announcements, new models, and notable papers every morning. Built with Claude agents and Cloud Run.
-
Task management tools
A Chrome extension, a merged viewer, and an MCP server around Google Tasks — keeping tasks from multiple accounts in one place.
-
Tools for writing and diagramming
Small web apps that support my publishing: a Markdown article editor for Zenn and Hatena, a Mermaid diagram studio, and more.
